This is a trauma-aware, nervous-system-conscious environment.

Participants are never forced into sharing, expression, or emotional exposure. You are always in control of your process.

Basic first-aid supplies are onsite. Participants with serious physical or psychological conditions are asked to disclose in advance so appropriate support can be ensured.
