1. What Blue Butterfly Ranch Is

Blue Butterfly Ranch is a private nature retreat. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or treatment facility. We do not provide medical, psychological, or clinical services of any kind.

All experiences on the land are optional, informal, and taken at your own discretion.

2. Your Responsibility

By booking or visiting, you confirm that you are able to safely spend time in a rural, outdoor environment and that you take full responsibility for your own health, safety, and decisions while on the property.

This includes being aware of:

• Uneven terrain

• Fire

• Wildlife

• Weather

• Physical activity

• Remote surroundings

3. No Medical or Mental Health Services

Nothing offered at Blue Butterfly Ranch is intended to replace medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment. If you have health concerns, you should speak with a licensed professional before visiting.

4. Assumption of Risk

Being on natural land comes with inherent risks. By entering the property, you knowingly accept those risks and agree that Blue Butterfly Ranch is not responsible for injuries, illness, loss, or damage that may occur.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree that Blue Butterfly Ranch and its owners, staff, and partners are not liable for any injuries, losses, or claims connected to your stay or visit.

6. Respect for the Land

Guests are expected to treat the land, animals, structures, and other guests with respect. Damaging property, disturbing wildlife, or acting unsafely may result in removal from the property without refund.

7. Substances

All guests must follow local and state laws regarding alcohol and other substances. Illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. Blue Butterfly Ranch does not provide, supervise, or encourage substance use.

8. Bookings & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refunds are outlined at the time of booking and are final once agreed to.

9. Photography

We may take photos or video on the property for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in any images, let us know in writing.

10. Website Use

All website content belongs to Blue Butterfly Ranch unless stated otherwise. You agree not to copy, misuse, or attempt to access restricted areas of the site.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site or property means you accept the current version.
